Ken Siragusa, owner of All Clean, has always been an entrepreneur at heart.

The oldest of five boys, Ken was often motivated to showcase his independence and capabilities.  Equipped with a strong work ethic from his father’s example, Ken had already started his own lawn mowing business by the age of ten.  He stuck to it for a few years, growing his neighborhood clientele, before moving on to a paper route.

At age 15, Ken got a job at McDonald’s.  He quickly proved himself to upper management, and was promoted to a supervisor by the time he turned 17.  After some time at McDonald’s, he spent a few years working for an independent drug store, and from there moved onto Coors Distributing Company.  It was at Coors that Ken’s potential really stood out.  He started with the Coors Recycling Program, and over the course of 15 years, earned his way to becoming Route Supervisor for the greater bay area, managing 15 drivers.

Hungry for change, and a new challenge (and with his father in law looking towards retirement), Ken took over his father-in-laws house cleaning business in 1987.  Now known as All Clean, the company grew from residential cleaning only, to now include commercial and new construction services.
In conjunction with managing All Clean, Ken began flipping houses with his best friend, Ken, in 2002.  The two Kens completed one house per year for five years.  This was a huge growing opportunity for Ken Siragusa, and motivated him to direct his knowledge in a new direction.

In 2008, Ken launched a new business called Ken Siragusa’s Property Services.  This venture, separate from All Clean, allows Ken to showcase his talent as a handyman by conducting general, electrical, plumbing and various home repairs.

About All Clean

The story of All Clean dates back to 1970, when the business was originally called Academy House Cleaning. Academy House Cleaning was owned by Doug Graham. Doug focused his time and resources solely on residential cleaning.

In 1987, Doug’s son-in-law Ken Siragusa, and Ken’s brother, Jeff, bought Academy House Cleaning. The Siragusa Brothers renamed the business to All Clean, and Ken created the catchy tag line, “It’s Not Clean Unless It’s All Clean.”

For nine years following the business takeover, All Clean maintained Doug’s residential accounts, plus added new contacts, and even started to expand their services to commercial clients such as doctors’ offices, hair salons and even veterinary hospitals. It was around this same time that All Clean boadened their list of expertise by adding refurbishing of all floor types, carpet cleaning and window cleaning to their already expansive list of general cleaning services.

In 1996, All Clean landed its first major commercial account – Sega Enterprises, then located in Redwood Shores. Overwhelmed by the growth of their business, The Siragusa Brothers made the executive decision to transition to commercial cleaning only. From that point forward, opportunities continued to expand, and at its height, All Clean grew to over 25 employees.

All Clean took on a new challenge in 1998, when it partnered with a local contractor to clean the windows of a new construction build. Now working with over ten contractors, All Clean does much more than windows. Responsible for the complete cleaning and detailing of over 120 new homes across the Peninsula, All Clean’s attention to detail is unparalleled.

In 2006, Ken took complete ownership of All Clean.

Clearly, All Clean never grows complacent, and 2011 has been no exception to the rule. Listening to market demands and the requests of their clients, All Clean has returned to their roots and is again including residential cleaning to their areas of expertise.Ken is proud to maintain All Clean’s reputation of being family owned and operated by turning the management of the residential division over to his daughter, Gina Perkins.

Today, All Clean continues to specialize in commercial, residential, and new construction cleaning services. With almost 25 years of collective experience, Team All Clean is highly skilled, committed to honesty, and always reliable.

And remember, It’s Not Clean Unless It’s All Clean.
